Looking for the way outby ~yinetyang

Still discovering digital painting... It's really hard. So in order to exercise I copy some "straight" painting I like, like this one which is hugely inspired of the Alan Lee work for the LOTR.
It's no speed painting at all. Maybe 6 or 8 hours of work but my workflow improves. YEY!
When I'll be done training I'll paint the images I have in my head.
As usual, straight forward critics are welcome, just like advices.

Je trouve que même si cela reste encore tes débuts en numérique ta marge de progression est rapide ! Franchement ça a de la "gueule". Je suis persuadé que si tu continues ainsi on va bientôt avoir droit à du très très bon

Merci pour les encouragements. J'ai un peu lâché la photo ces derniers mois de ce fait. En tout cas dans l'optique de poster sur DA. J'aime bien la liberté de création (très théorique pour l'instant

) que je peux avoir avec le dessin. Sans compter que c'est un beau challenge avec une énorme marge de progression!
